In the quarterly magazine published by The Committee for Green Foothills (CGF) in the Spring of 2003, an article appeared on Pages 6 and 7 written by Nancy Couperus. It recounts the background story of the Open Space Initiative that she had spearheaded in The Town of Los Altos Hills a few months earlier.
